Start the war!!


Dunno if the words can be seen cos they look kinda small. but to summarise, i just got news that a certain big 4 is offering fresh grads pay of up to 2.6K depending on their acadamic performance!! this has been confirmed by my dearest jr who received a call frm the HR dept. and this means... GOOD NEWS!!!

The best piece of news to motivate me to keep going! Just when i am having thoughts of leaving audit, this happens!! wahaha... happiness!! does this mean that our 2nd round of pay increment is coming soon?!?! If the other Big 4s dun follow suit and increase the pay, everyone is gonna start hopping over!! hohoho... Headaches for HR, good news for us!! After soo many yrs of being underpaid PROFESSIONALS (and let me emphasise this, cos even some non degree holders are earning more than us..) Justice is finally done!!! hohoho....

now, lets jus cross our fingers and hope the other 3 follows... praying hard....
