Wad is the point of slogging? the numerous "free" hours of OT we put in. Who appreciates it? and while we slogged so hard with the intension of making life easier for the new team, that bloody asshole says he is 10 times better than you, blames you for not doing some stuff which we noe its not ur fault and now he is reaping our efforts!?!? i feel the pain for you!!! and for us!! ppl no need to do field work lor! handle issues only leh. wad rank is he man? tok abt fairness... WE were the ones who worked hard lor, but he takes all the credit and enjoys life.

Not to mention, threatening our assistants and saying their appraisals are at his mercy. I guess he was joking, but is there a need to say such bulls**t when the moral of the team is alr this low? wad kind of team leader is that? Crrappp... Do you see why i was totally moodless to work when i knew he was taking over? I knew he wun appreciate our work at all and will even say we din do enuff. ha, BINGO! and to think you scolded me cos of that! *roll eyes* ppl thinks he is 10 times better than you hor. so why did you do so much?? I am just angry and feel sad for our assistants. ROAR!!!
