The story: Cheng Heng and Shi Zhen met in Singapore (yes the showcame to spore to film) after their passports were swapped when they bumped into each other at the airport. (yes our very own Changi Airport). Cheng Heng was in spore to look for Cai Ying, only to see her with another guy, Dao Xian. devasted, he and Shi Zhen went to sentosa to forget their worries... then somehow, they had a ONS, followed by a shotgun marriage.

yups so the young couple was forced into marriage... esp for Cheng Heng, it was like his whole world collasped. Shi Zhen was not the one he loved. (he liked Cai Ying) and so the couple came up with a contract to divorce after 5 years, giving their daughter, Xin Fei enough time to grow up. The show then goes on to show how the young couple balance work, school and family life. Running into financial difficulties, taking turns to look after their daughter and having to cope with their differences.

For Cheng Heng, it was also a time for him to grow and mature. He's really childish in the beginning. But slowly, he grows to love Xin Fei and Shi Zhen. ohs and i mus say, Da Bin is seriously a good actress - almost stealing the show frm the adults. She potrays Xin Fei fantabulously. and she's so cute!! hees.

Like all korean shows, the couple will always quarrel and then there's always the scene of the guy running to the ger and hugging her real tight and telling her "I love you". Super cheesy and predictable. but then again, I always cry when i see these scenes. I have no idea why cos i can predict it but yar, i will still cry... haha

Notice the familiarity of the background?? Yups, tt's taken in Spore. Our spore river i think, with the Marina area in the back.... hehe...

I mus say this, Korean shows nowadays are beginning to become all the same... Wonderful Life seriously reminds me of Full House. Contract marriage, bickering couple slowly liking each other and even the bitch is the same?!?! (both played by Han Eun Jing) OMG!!! She equally bitchy in this show can? feel like slapping her... and the female lead's boss will fall for her and be there for her everytime she quarrels with the lead. The boss will be the Mr nice-guy, who is matured, rich and good looking while the lead will be the childish and unreasonable boy. so predictable! But Wonderful life has something extra - the daughter! towards the end, Da Bin will prove to be a tear jerker when she is diagnosed with leukemia. yups i cried... haha...
